Sebastien, ... in 1974!
Sebastien has always been a sportsman to the core. As soon as he was 3, he practised gymnastics in the tradition of his father who was a former gymnastics champion. Very quickly he took part in many competitions and got many wins to his credit all through his 12 years of practice. Indeed, he has been champion of Alsace four times, champion of the “Grand Est” (the French East Area) once and he finished 5th in the French championship. 
A bientôt 4 ans, il possède déja
une bête de course... rouge !
At the same time, he did not miss an opportunity to win a « race » : tricycle or bicycle races as well as mini-motorbikes races during the holidays.
As far as school was concerned, he did honour to his parents, who were teachers, being an exemplary pupil until the equivalent of the lower sixth… Indeed, from this period, Sébastien had a new centre of interest which took much of his time; his moped and the moped races between teenagers. “Round-about special stage”, “Grand Prix des vignes”, Sébastien and his playmates thought up spluttering challenges, which made happy their right wrist and unhappy their neighbours.

Sebastien took part in some official moped races in which he succeeded when his moped had decided not to break down. Sebastien was not only a sportsman to the core but also a competitor.
